CJ’s has a relaxed, casual atmosphere with a real “local hangout” feel. The drinks are relatively cheap and the food is good. If it’s happy hour after a long day in the office you’re in search of, than a new upscale place to check out is Empire. This posh new club is located in the Time and Temperature building in the heart of downtown. This is a great place to sit on the lounge chairs and sip martinis. The second floor of this trendy hangout is a full blown dance club with an amazing stage area and room to move. If you are in the mood to move to some of the best club music around than the Old Port Tavern or OPT as it is known, is the place to go.
