Maine Things To Do Snowfest: Celebrate The Snow
Posted by mainetodo on Sunday, December 30 @ 18:18:57 PST

Winter If you own a snowmobile you are probably celebrating after each fresh snow fall. Many owners tend to trailer their sleds up north to take advantage of the wintery conditions and ride the miles of trails that go from Maine to Canada. The Norway Trackers Snowmobile Club offers riders over 50 miles of groomed trail conditions in and around scenic Norway Lake. At the end of

January each year they celebrate with their annual Snowfest. This is an opportunity for members and visitors to enjoy the winter sport of snowmobiling. With snowmobile racing that has several different sled divisions, an antique snowmobile parade up the lake and their famous Chowderfest the event is both popular and anticipated each year.
