Summer: This 6.2 mile run begins at Crescent Beach and ends at Portland Head Light. Over 5000 runners typically participate in the event. This road race is the largest in Maine. Last year over 10,000 spectators gathered along the Maine coast to enjoy this race. Runners come from all corners of the

globe to compete. People from all ability levels are encouraged to nose up to the starting gate and let the good times roll. A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit a Maine based youth program every year
