Summer: This festival is a free family event focusing on Maine’s ethnic diversity and traditions. There is music, dance and cultural traditions from around the globe. This festival is sponsored by Women in Need, Inc (WINI). A non-profit group focused on helping women gain personal independence and

economic stability. WINI also helps women and families assimilate into new communities in the Portland area. This is a great venue to leave your cares behind, and network with the people of Portland.
