Summer: York Beach, located in York, Maine, should be on the top of everyone’s day trip list. York Beach has many places to park so there is room for everyone. The beach is somewhat large so it can accommodate a large amount of people without loosing solitude for beach goers that would like a quiet and peaceful beach experience. The beach offers fun
for everyone, as kids can go off and play in the gentle waters and adults can have their own private time without any worry on their mind. On the outside of the beach, there are arcades and carousels for entertainment out of the sand. Everyone in the family can have fun flying kites, swimming, and playing games like Frisbee and anything else family’s decide to do while their on the beach. Also, around the beach there are many great places to stay for family’s that would like an ocean view that is walking distance to the beach and surrounding beaches. So, if you are interested in a beach day trip get to York beach and enjoy a day of fun in the sun with the family.
