Summer: If you find yourself in Ogunquit and you are wondering where to go, here is a list of things to do that will keep you busy and on the go. The first thing to do is to hop on the trolley and take a ride around town to check out the sites. The trolley can be picked up anywhere in the center of town or at the end of marginal way and many stops in between. Take the trolley to Beach Street and hop off and enjoy a beautiful stretch of white sand beach the lines the front of town and borders many of the great hotels in the area. While you are down on the beach be sure to rent either a surf or boogie board and ride the waves for the entire afternoon. A trip to Ogunquit would not be complete without an adventure to Perkins Cove where you can either walk the mile long walking path along the cold blue Atlantic or jump on aboard one of the local cruise boats and enjoy a scenic lobster,

lighthouse and cocktail cruise along the coastline. Another great thing to do is take some time and discover the great antique shops that in the heart of Ogunquit. The Blacksmith Mall on Main Street is one of those places to check out. The store is chock full of great treasures just waiting to be discovered. After a full day of discovering this great seaside town, be sure to end the day with dinner at any one of the fabulous restaurants. Whether you want the freshest seafood or real Italian this town may be small but, the cuisine is out of this world. After dinner, end the day perfectly by checking out the Ogunquit Playhouse and discover why this wonderful theater has been entertaining visitors for over 100 years.
